One of the common reasons of baldness is dry hair. Hair falls out when it can’t hold enough moisture, which makes it appear lifeless, brittle, and fragile. Poor-quality hair is definitely a matter for concern, even if it isn’t a serious health problem, as it can negatively impact one’s self-esteem and confidence. Luckily, it is also preventable. Too many hair washes, excessive sun exposure, the use of hair products, coming into touch with chlorinated water, and smoking can cause dry, damaged hair. Apply some butter to your dry hair and massage it in well. After about 30 minutes of wearing a shower cap over the hair, thoroughly shampoo the hair to remove all of the butter. Olive oil is one of the greatest remedies for dry hair. In addition to olive oil, coconut, almond, and corn oils can be used with success. All of these oils are high in antioxidants and Vitamin E, which restore moisture to the hair’s outer layer. Follow this treatment by gently heating half a cup of oil—do not let it boil. Gently work the oil through your hair before wrapping it in a towel. Leave it overnight or for 30 to 40 minutes. Your hair should then be shampooed.
