Home treatment for early wrinkles and dry face

The aging process results in wrinkles, particularly on the face, neck, hands, and forearms, which are frequently exposed to the sun. In a 2015 study, researchers found that applying aloe gel to the skin decreased wrinkles and increased collagen and moisture.
A banana face mask
Skin health can be improved by eating bananas, which are rich in oils and vitamins.
Some dermatologists advise putting a paste made from bananas directly to the skin.
Make a smooth paste out of a quarter of a banana.
Make sure to apply a thin coating of the banana paste to your face and neck.
Rinse it off with warm water after letting it sit for 15 to 20 minutes.

The term “superfoods” refers to foods high in health-promoting nutrients. Superfoods appear to reduce wrinkles and improve general health.
Men who ate healthfully had less wrinkles, according to a study conducted in 2019 on the diets of older Dutch men and women. It was shown that ladies who ate more fruit had less wrinkles than those who ate more meat and snack items in the same investigation.
