How to get fresh breath all day

To get rid of plaque and food particles, brush your teeth for two to three minutes at least twice a day. It’s crucial to know when to clean your teeth at breakfast and to do so every night before bed. Baking soda can help to neutralise the acidity and stop the growth of the germs that cause bad breath. Food particles stuck between teeth that a toothbrush can’t reach will be removed by flossing. If the food scraps aren’t cleared up, germs will start to consume them and produce bad breath. Don’t forget to wipe the rough surface of your tongue since bacteria can accumulate there and cause halitosis. A cheap plastic tongue scraper, which is readily accessible at drugstores, is an excellent tool for this. You can also clean your tongue with a toothbrush. Using a mouth rinse won’t help if your persistent foul breath is being caused by a dental issue. In certain situations, this could make things worse by causing mouth tissue to itch. Try rinsing your mouth quickly with water and a few drops of peppermint oil as an alternative. Alternately, gargle with black or green tea.
