how to have beautiful toenails

If you don’t have time for a professional pedicure, you can try several simple and effective at-home treatments. Apart from saving time, these treatments are also simple and cost-effective, as they may be performed with inexpensive items you may already have at home.
Your feet will be soothed and refreshed. Soak your feet for 5-15 minutes in a basin of warm water with a couple tablespoons of bath salts or Epsom salts. This will clean and soften your skin and nails, making toenail clipping and callus removal a breeze. Once your feet are dry, carefully file any corns or calluses with a foot file tool or a large nail file. File corns and calluses with light hand pressure until the skin appears and feels smoother. Larger corns and calluses, especially those that are painful, may require expert trimming by a podiatrist. Callus shavers should be avoided since they might cut healthy skin and cause bleeding. Gently massage your feet with an exfoliating foot scrub product to remove dead skin cells and smooth rough skin. Make sure you don’t get any wounds. After you’ve applied it, give it a good rinse. You can make your own scrub if you prefer: Combine two teaspoons sea salt with equal parts baby oil and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Olive oil, coconut oil, and canola oil are some of the other oils that can be used. Here’s a quick and easy way to improve the appearance and health of your toenails: Remove any nail polish if you have it. Toe nails should be trimmed straight across so that some white remains. Use a nail buffer or a fine grit nail file to lightly buff the surface of toenails. Apply lemon juice to the nail with a cotton swab to eliminate any remaining dead skin and give the nails a healthy sheen. Scrub your toenails with a paste composed of baking soda and water if they’ve become yellow from too much nail paint. After your feet are dried, apply your favorite moisturizer or cream. Apply a thicker moisturizing product, such as a heel cream or balm, to regions that are prone to cracks or calluses.
