How to prepare honey and yoghurt face mask

Yoghurt gently exfoliates the skin when applied topically, revealing new skin beneath. Yogurt’s lactic acid and zinc content aid in the removal of blemishes, the balancing of skin tone, and the promotion of younger-looking skin by minimising wrinkles. Yoghurt and honey work together to moisturise, soften, and nourish the skin from the inside out. Add two tablespoons of honey to half a cup of thick yoghurt. Apply as a mask to your face and neck after thoroughly mixing. After drying for 20 minutes, wash. Yogurt’s moisturising qualities along with the salicylic acid found in strawberries will instantly give you glowing skin. It will also quickly eliminate the pimples. It is admirable that yoghurt and gramme flour have exfoliating capabilities. This method removes dirt and dead skin cells from the skin the most gently and naturally. In a half-cup of skim-milk yoghurt, combine two teaspoons of gramme flour. By incorporating additional gramme flour, the consistency can be changed. Apply a tiny layer on your face after thoroughly mixing. After it dries, wash it off with water. Turmeric’s ability to fight bacteria is widely documented. On the other hand, yoghurt will moisturise and remove grease from your skin. Apply to the face and neck after combining one teaspoon of turmeric powder with half a cup of low-fat yoghurt. Wash off after 20 to 25 minutes.
