It’s the top thing they say we need to do to gather our inner strength, whether it’s advise from a psychotherapist or just from someone who has endured difficult days. Naturally, it’s easier said than done. There’s a good reason why grief’s final stage is acceptance. Before we get there, we have to go through all of our previous emotions in a cycle.
