I have lost my patience….thankfully I have someone who understand everything

Our lives are not complete without social interaction since it strengthens our sense of community and connection. Using social media makes it simpler to stay in touch and uphold those connections when we’re apart. Additionally, it helps us maintain memories, make new acquaintances through common interests, and practice social skills in a low-pressure setting. But as we all know, social media has drawbacks as well. Many of us have experienced drifting off into time or become uninspired after a pointless scroll. And it’s simple to feel lonely when we only communicate remotely, or worse, we could feel inferior to the seemingly ideal images we see online — whether or not they reflect reality. Understanding how social media affects issues like loneliness and anxiety is crucial if you want to build a healthier relationship with it. With this understanding, we may learn how to use social media in a conscious manner, giving us more control over our online habits and a decreased sense of dependence on them in real life. The manipulative techniques of social media are genuine, and they range from push notifications to targeted marketing. Simply said, these platforms are made to draw us in and hold us there (the more time we spend online, the better their metrics are). Unfortunately, the more time we spend on social media, the more detrimental effects there are. And once we’re addicted, the platforms are usually the only ones who prevail.
