Seven reasons your hair is not growing

There’s no disputing that having long, flowing hair opens up a world of possibilities in terms of hairstyles, but achieving and maintaining length can be difficult for a variety of reasons.

After a certain point, many people will notice that their hair stops growing. Perhaps it’s thinning in a particular location, or it won’t grow above a certain length, or you’ve noticed that one side grows faster than the other.

And, regrettably, determining which one (or ones) is causing your strands to suffer can be tough, especially since our hair only grows about one-and-a-half centimetres every month and is difficult to track.
