The bible story of Moses has been proven by scientists
This miracle ranks right up there with Lazarus’s resurrection as far as miracles go. After God sent a plague of plagues upon the Egyptians, the Pharaoh had just let the Israelites free, and they were rejoicing in their newfound freedom. Up until they became caught between a rock and a hard place, or in this instance the Egyptian army and the Red Sea, everything was going perfectly. Moses, fortunately, had a useful trick up his sleeve that makes David Blaine spending a few days in a box look positively ludicrous. Even in the movies, parting a sea is not an easy feat. For instance, to make some jelly appear realistic, Cecil B. DeMille split some in half and using some clever perspective techniques in The Ten Commandments. It’s clever, but there’s nothing about egotistical directors or fruit-flavored gelatin in the Old Testament. We need to look at the text itself for this miracle. “And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and Jehovah made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided, by a strong east wind all night.” Here’s the thing: science and the Bible concur completely on this matter.
