Refering to “truly solid” reports of progressing denials of basic freedoms and monstrosities, he required “an autonomous examination concerning what occurred there” and “a compromise cycle with the goal that the nation can push ahead strategically”.

“We have, as you most likely are aware, powers from Eritrea over yonder, and we have powers from a bordering [Ethiopian] locale, Amhara, that are there. They need to come out.”
