The sixth week of weight loss challenge

Since there is so much we want to accomplish this year, choosing what to do in the final few days of the year can be challenging. No matter what we have planned for New Year’s Eve, being fit and healthy is always at the top of our lists of things to do. So let’s try to end this year on the best possible note if you spent 2019 working hard to adopt healthy habits only to fall off the wagon soon after. We all understand the benefits of including fruits and vegetables in our diets on a daily basis, but in the rush of the day we frequently forget and choose fast food. Winter is the ideal season to gorge yourself on nutritious green leafy vegetables, so you should do just that. And if you already consume a variety of vegetables, adding a lot of color to your basket is the next logical step. We’ve all heard the saying, “Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper,” but this proverb left out one very significant point: the importance of delaying going to bed right after breakfast. Because a large, poorly digested meal prevents your body from shutting down at night, eating too late is also linked to sleep issues. It is occupied with digesting your most recent meal. Writing helps you keep your life organized and clears the clutter from your mind. In actuality, keeping track of your life can be a very useful tool. Keeping a journal requires more than just noting your meals; it should be updated every day. Include in your journal your daily activity, diet, cheat meals, workouts, health updates, and emotional updates.
