Energy levels can be restored with the help of fruit juice and coconut water. Caffeine is known to aggravate the digestive system, therefore avoiding it is a good idea. Teas without caffeine that contain calming herbs like chamomile, peppermint, and dandelion may ease stomach discomfort.
