Keep a journal if you have one. Jot down your gratitude and some of the blessings you currently enjoy in your life. For example, “Thank you Lord for heat, clean, flowing water, and the ability to see, smell, touch, and breathe.” I’m grateful for my ability to walk, my food, clothing, and shelter, as well as for taking me from where I am and seeing me through what I have. Make sure that your first thoughts of the day are constructive, empowering, and empowering for the day. Focus on everything that is amazing and good in your life and let go of the disappointments and failures from the day before. Get grounded and let God to provide you with the power and direction you need to face the day. Make connections with upbeat and inspirational individuals on social media to ensure that you are surrounded by positive energy and feel uplifted throughout the day. Recognize that life has seasons and that your trials and hardships are only temporary. It can seem like your bad times will never end. For example, you may feel that you will never be able to move on from your ex, pay off your debt, move into a bigger house, or move to a better neighborhood, or you may feel that you will never succeed in a particular area of your life where you have repeatedly failed. However, that is just untrue.
