I can’t express what I am feeling it is hard

Big changes are inevitable in life. Things may be calm or stable for months or even years at a time, but then all of a sudden there are significant changes. They can be sudden, unplanned changes that appear out of nowhere, or anticipated changes like a new career or the birth of a kid. Events such as new jobs, marriages, divorces, moves, deaths, or natural calamities can unsettle even the most resilient individuals. Since change is an inescapable part of life, mentally strong people have learned how to deal with it. These abilities and mindsets foster resilience and can facilitate the easier navigation of challenging situations. The ability to “bounce back” from hardship and severe life situations is the definition of resilience. Developing resilience entails using healthy coping mechanisms like optimism and problem-solving skills. Time and acceptance: They recognize (and do not fight) that life is made up of ending and beginning chapters. Additionally, they are aware that there is a temporal limit on the amount of disturbance and discomfort. Things will eventually settle and pass because nothing lasts forever. Wherever possible, they make plans: They start by making minor adjustments or dividing extremely big jobs into digestible, manageable portions. To make it easier, they might create daily rituals aimed at achieving their objectives. Also, they may continue their daily rituals during the process such as exercise, meditation, devotional activities, etc., that help with their inner equilibrium and peace while dealing with external chaos.
