I have a crush on someone but I am not telling him

You may probably safely assume that most people have an idea of what a strong, independent woman looks like because of the media. This is a person that many of us have encountered: someone who works hard, doesn’t complain, and completes tasks. This can include women working, women supporting their families, women being the breadwinners, and many other examples. The kind of woman you can rely on when things get tight. the kind of lady that believes in herself. The kind of woman who can get by without other people. There are many various types of strong women, including those who are quiet achievers, fearless activists, mothers who educate their children to take chances, and friends who are welcoming. Being tough and independent can sometimes be a coping mechanism for being burned, for realizing you can’t depend on other people, or for feeling uncomfortable approaching them. Or perhaps you just need to feel like you’re not a liability or a burden. Or perhaps depending only on oneself is just safer. If you’re feeling overwhelmed and don’t know what to do differently, it’s critical to understand what’s holding you back. I often wonder if it might be more beneficial for women to hang onto a different identity: the Effective, Skilful Woman. Who changed based on the demands and requirements of the situation.
