How to treat your hair after a shower

Rinse with lukewarm water to help minimize scalp shrinking. Use a gentle shampoo that contains no parabens, sulfates, or phthalates. Use conditioner to moisturize, soften, and shine your hair. Gently towel dry: Absorb extra water with a nice cotton towel. Avoid rubbing your hair forcefully with a towel. Detangle your hair gently with a wide-tooth comb, working your way up from the ends. Avoid heat: Allow your hair to air dry whenever possible. If you use a hair dryer, take care not to harm your hair. Use apple cider vinegar: To get rid of residue and seal cuticles, rinse your hair with a solution made of half a tablespoon apple cider vinegar and one cup water. Apply dry shampoo: Dry shampoo can give clean hair texture and facilitate styling. Apply it to your hair at the middle length. Steer clear of chemical treatments: Heat and chemical treatments can dehydrate your hair, increasing its vulnerability to damage. Wet your hair and apply a conditioner or moisturizer. By doing this, the hair will be able to hold onto moisture and avoid drying out and breaking. Once your hair is damp, do not use heat on it.
