Do this at night to wake up beautiful in the morning

Finding a new favorite stance for the PM is the first step towards looking gorgeous in the AM if you enjoy sleeping on your front. Sleeping positions that compress your face on one side result in sleep lines. Imagine waking up with wrinkled skin due to the weight of your face. Get yourself some satin or silk pillowcases if you are unable to sleep in any other position except on your stomach. Not only will you feel like a princess every morning when you wake up, but your skin and hair will also slide over these very soft fabrics as you move around while you sleep. Frizzy hair and wrinkled skin are reduced when there is less friction and creases. Fluids might collect around your eyes if you lie flat while you sleep, giving the appearance of puffy eyes in the morning. By keeping your head up throughout the night, the fluids are prevented from building up and you awaken with radiant, youthful eyes. Bid farewell to your pale morning face and welcome to skin glowing from the sun. Exfoliate, moisturize, apply a fake tan, and then let your skin a few hours before going to bed. Wash it off right before bed and sleep like a daisy. You will awaken glowing from the sun.
