8 things you should avoid after a meal

I usually feel drowsy by nature after a large lunch. I occasionally go back to bed after lunch on the weekends. After a dinner, a few of my friends who smoke prefer to take a puff. Some people enjoy drinking tea because they believe it will aid in their digestion. You get more harm than benefit from many of these habits. Not a wink. Some weekends, I tuck myself in after lunch. I usually still feel full after the dinner when I wake up. There has been no digestion at all of the meal! It’s also not relaxing to take a nap right after eating. It’s been reported that smoking one cigarette after eating is the same as smoking ten. Regardless of how accurate or untrue this is, smoking. After a meal, taking a bath slows down digestion. During a shower, the blood surrounding the stomach does not aid in digestion; rather, it rushes to other regions of the body. Distinct meals break down at varying rates. Fruits are the simplest to digest, so start with these. Fruits have to be consumed two hours after or one hour before a meal. If you consume fruit right after dinner, it won’t be fully digested. Because tea leaves are acidic, they will interfere with digestion. The acid in the tea will stiffen the protein in your meal, making it more difficult to digest if you eat it. The body’s ability to absorb iron will also be hampered by drinking tea right after a meal. Don’t drink tea an hour before or after.
