My 5 habits that are hurting me

These five daily routines aren’t the healthful routines you’ve carefully chosen, like brushing and flossing your teeth, going on walks, or practicing meditation. Ninety percent of your pain is probably coming from these practices. They may have evolved gradually without your knowledge. Even while they might feel automatic at this point, as if you might stop them with a willpower of your own, they now burden you on a daily basis. Fortunately, none of these uncomfortable daily routines are characteristics of the individual. They are routines and habits. They are not who you are; they are what you do. You’ll experience relief when you let go of these uncomfortable habits since they are a reflection of your behavior and habits and you can change them with self-awareness and motivation. A life free of drama is a happier life. Interacting with someone, whether it be by replying to what you believe they are thinking, saying, or doing, almost never results in mutual understanding or a sense of accomplishment for your efforts. On the other hand, acting dramatic is a draining habit. It could become second nature to you to become entangled in drama that involves you directly, in drama that doesn’t, or a little bit of both.
