You may feel numb, stunned, and terrified. Being the one still alive can make you feel bad. Your loved one’s departure may even make you feel angry. These emotions are all common. The way you should feel is not governed by any regulations. There isn’t a proper or improper method to grieve. You may experience both mental and physical suffering during the grieving process. You might continue to miss your loved one as time goes by. However, the severe discomfort will subside for the majority of people. Both good and bad days will occur. When you laugh at a joke or find enjoyment in it, you could feel guilty or shocked.
